Include pending fees from Meteora DLMMs

It currently only shows the liquidity amount, but excludes pending fees. If the amounts could be split between what is being provided as liquidity and what pending fees have been earned, that would be great. Otherwise, adding them together I think should be fine too, since it is part of the total assets.
